This year, we will be starting the box packing meetings at 2:00 PM instead of 3:00 PM


Also, please notice that all the major holidays are shipped out early.
So our troops can have them on [or before] the day offffffffffffffffffffffffff not after...

Throughout the summer, when we are not at one of the other functions listed here.
We will be selling Raffle Tickets as well as movies, books & whatever in the Collette’s parking lot Flea Market.
It runs from 9am - 5[ish]pm every Saturday & some Wednesdays.

The market will feature local vendors and artists from right here in the local community.
They are located at 5350 Davison Rd., in Burton, MI 48509.
Feel free to call Don (810) 629-2072 to check if we will be there or not [weather & such].
Look for the trailer below [hooked to my truck] somewhere on the front row...



PS - On the meeting days, we are always at the VFW Post early, so feel free to come early and help set-up or just to visit.

The show will be at the Spring Home & Garden Show in [Flint] at The Dort Event Center.

Admission: Adults - $3, Children/Students 17 and under Free.
Dort Federal Credit Union Member is FREE with proof of membership.

My Heart Supports will have our trailer & display set up at the 46th annual Sloan Auto Museum Fair.

The hours will be from 9AM-5PM on Saturday & 9AM-3PM on Sunday.
This year’s event will be held at Crossroads Village & Huckleberry Railroad. [6140 Bray Road, Flint, MI 48505]
The Sloan folks anticipate returning to the Flint Cultural Center and Sloan Museum in subsequent years.
We will have information about the Smiles from Home we send to our troops!

We will have tickets for our Henry Plus Raffle [A 1903 .30-06 Springfield Rifle

No Meeting planned - Our group will be taking a short break from Box packing for the July 4th holiday.

Monday - July 4, 2018

We will have a display set-up at the Fenton Freedom Festival.
We will be located on the corner near the Community Center in downtown Fenton.
The hours are from 8:30AM until 3:30PM so come and enjoy all the "Doin's"



Friday & Saturday - July 13 & 14, 2018

We will have a display set-up at the Burton VFW Post
1st Annual Christmas in July Flea Market / Bazaar
50/50's Bake sale, food and such will be sold by the Auxiliary

Located at the Burton VFW Post #2777 Grounds
2260 Belsay Rd. Burton Mi.

They are looking for venders of all kinds, household goods, sporting goods
Antiques, Crafts, Direct sales &&&&&&&& both inside and outside.

Sunday July 15, 2018



We will NOT be able to go here this year due to a mix-up in dates. We will see about fixing things for 2019.


We will have a display set-up at the Gaines Lions Club Salute to the military.
They have a tractor show/pull, craft show & car show.
The show will be at the Lennon Lions Park located at 12135 Ray Rd.
This Lions Club Weekend will be on July 21st & 22nd - same place
From:Parade starts @ 11:00AM Saturday, then all day
8:00AM Pancake breakfast until 5:00 PM Sunday.

The hours are: Friday 8 am: Park Opens. Spectators may enter at Main Gate Only
9am: Other gates open, 10 am: Craft Show behind the Historical Museum
Saturday 8am: Park Opens. Spectators may enter at all gates.
6pm- 10pm: Music Tent featuring Sound Alternative Band!
Dancing, food, and beverages at the Pavilion in Heritage Park. Admission $10.00 per person.
Sunday 8am: Park Opens. Spectators may enter at all gates. 1pm: Award Ceremony.

We will have our Trailer set up at the 28th Annual Davison Pumpkin Festival
from 7:30AM until after the "Pumpkin Drops" around 5:30PM.
The Pumpkin Fest has LOTS of vendors and rides galore for the kids.
We will be packing a few boxes for our troops
so stop by and see what kind of "Stuff" we send in our "Smiles From Home".
